These are the March news:
- 99/3/15
- New look : I'm preparing a major re-write of this page,
that will feature a whole new look. Let's face it, the old
look is becoming... well... old :). I won't be able to update
as often as it used to be until then... But when you see the
new look (probably by 30th of March), you'll see that it was
worth the wait :)
- 99/3/8
- 18 : It's my 18th birthday!!!
- 99/3/4
- UltraHLE : there are rumours running in the emulation
community that UltraHLE will return. It seems that Nintendo
has dropped the charges against the coders behind this emulator.
And now that they're free, they've decided to continue their
work, although the emulator will have a different name.
- Almost 18 : yap, that's right! 8th of March will be the
day. I'll finally be able to vote, get a driver's license...
If anyone out there wants to buy me a gift, I could use a
3DFX card (Voodoo2) ;). And if anyone decides to send me a
birthday e-mail... Thanks! :)

- PSX 2 : It came to my knowledge that what could be known
as PlayStation 2 has already been presented. The specs are
quite impressive... The 128 bits CPU, running at 250 Mhz,
has a floating point co-processor (FPU) and two floating point
vector units. These three processors working together can
calculate 55 million polygons per second (without effects).
The system can calculate up to 13 million polygons per
second using full effects (lighting, fogging, textures...).
Voodoo3, for example, can calculate only 8 million polygons
per second in the same conditions. With this beauty around,
Dreamcast doesn't stand a chance... Thanks go to Blade_Zero
for providing me with this information.
